Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing BLACKLIST COLLECTIVE! We aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

STANDARD SHIPPING: Ships out within 1-3 days please allow up to 2-7 days for order to arrive at your doorstep (NOT INCLUDING SUNDAYS OR POST OFFICE CLOSING TIME)

EXPRESS SHIPPING: Ships out within 24 hours please allow up to 2-4 days for order to arrive at your door step (NOT INCLUDING SUNDAYS OR POST OFFICE CLOSING TIME)

Pre-made Orders: Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped.

Pre-order Items:

Pre-order Items: Pre-order items are not ready-to-ship items. Please allow approximately 5–8 weeks for your order to be produced, processed, and shipped after the pre-order window closes. Production and shipping times may vary depending on order volume, manufacturer timelines, customs processing, and carrier delays. By purchasing a pre-order item, you understand and agree that your order will not ship immediately.

 

 

 

International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customs fees.

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
